Nexapire for Information Technology Network Services
Effective Date: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service offered by Nexapire for Information Technology Network Services ("Nexapire", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any service purchase.

2. Services Offered

Nexapire provides the following IT services in the UAE:

  • Network Setup & Configuration
  • IT Support & Help Desk
  • CCTV Security System Installation
  • Cloud Solutions & Data Backup
  • Cybersecurity & Firewall Protection
  • Website Design & Development

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided based on a mutual agreement between Nexapire and the client. A detailed scope of work will be shared before commencement of any service. Nexapire reserves the right to modify the scope of work upon mutual written consent.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before service commencement.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods on our website.
  • Nexapire reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours before service commencement will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service commencement will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been fully delivered.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

6. Warranty & Support

  • Nexapire provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on all installation and setup services.
  • Warranty covers defects in our work only and does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or natural disasters.
  • Post-warranty support is available via our IT Support & Help Desk service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexapire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

Nexapire respects the confidentiality of all client data and business information. We will not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by UAE law.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, configurations, documentation, and work products created by Nexapire remain the intellectual property of Nexapire until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as agreed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

Nexapire reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
